Admissions
How to Enroll
You may contact our school office at 612-721-6294 and ask to speak with Lisa CasaDeCalvo to request an application for admission. We also welcome interested parents and their child to come take a tour of the school. Please call ahead to arrange a time. A tour of the school will allow you a chance to ask questions about our curriculum and programs to help determine if the school can offer your child a program suited to his/her needs. Transportation questions can be answered. Registration forms will be given at this time.
During the summer you may contact our school office at 612-721-6294 to request an application for admission.
Enrollment Process
1. Come in for a tour, then fill out and turn in an Application
2. In most circumstances, a one-on-one assessment will be conducted by a teacher.
3. If the assessment goes well and your child is approved for admission, you will have a conference with Principal Russ Gregg where your 'family share' tuition amount is determined.
4. To reserve your student's spot, you will be asked to pay the first month's tuition (non-refundable)
Assistance in both English and Spanish is available in filling out the application. Students will be accepted on an on-going basis throughout the spring on a first-come basis.
Orientation
Each August, we have an open house orientation
for parents. At this meeting we will look over the Hope Academy
handbook, the bus rules, an overview of our approach to discipline,
and parents will be asked to sign all necessary paperwork. You
will also have a chance to ask questions.
