The family 'fair share' amount for the High School is based on a sliding scale. With this scale, each family's total education expenses should not exceed 10% of gross income. The minimum tuition is $60/month.

A family will most likely pay around the $60/month if they quality for "free or reduced lunch" as determined by federal guidelines (for example, in 07-08, a household of four making less than $38,203 would qualify; add (or subtract) $6,438 for each member of the household).
